Looking to turn an idea into a business or refine your current business?

HITX and Hawaii Techworks are putting on a Business Model Canvas Workshop in Hilo.

The Business Model Canvas is a way of expressing a business model on a single page. It is a key tool for building a lean startup or clarifying an existing business. It distills a business plan into an essential 9 elements and helps focus attention on the details that matter most.

This workshop is designed to be conversational and will use examples from the attendees to help build an understanding of the Canvas as a tool. We hope you can attend.
