Good idea on the email reminder the day before. I'll do that. Thanks.

I also got dates screwed up the other week - luckily - I thought it was on Tuesday - and therefore didn't miss it. Perhaps it would be good to send out a reminder email/comment the day before?

Doh! I just realized this was today. For some reason I had it in my head as being on Thursday. Sorry I missed you guys. I will definitely see you at the next meeting.

i hadn't really gone through the site before - but it seems like a powerful way to get choices...

$750 is a small price to pay to get that many options
most of them are pretty decent

The great thing about the designer is that he's offered to make any changes I want and also give me the files for a business card and envelope design. Yes, he's won a lot of contests. Contrary to what I thought before, not all designers on 99 Designs are from developing countries. This designer is from Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Glad that it worked out! Good choice on the winner, too.

Hey Truman, Nice choice. 99 designs is an interesting concept. The designer that won your contest has done a lot of nice logo work.

Hi Gabe, thanks by the way for letting me know about 99designs at the Jelly two weeks ago. I've chosen a winner for my contest: http://99designs.com/contests/9587. Mahalo!
