Event Description

Topic
This week’s topic will be hybrid web/desktop applications. We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of hybrid apps as compared to pure web or desktop applications. Daniel Leuck of Ikayzo will present some simple examples to get us started.

About GUI Meetup
GUI Meetup is a forum for discussion of GUIs, usability and related topics. We begin meetings with a short presentation and follow up with a show and tell session for attendees’ current projects. Other members provide feedback in areas such as design and usability. Attendees are not required to present, but we hope everyone will contribute to the conversation. We try to keep topics on the soft side of business and design, and away from purely technical discussions.

We expect to have around 10-15 people to allow for the benefits of small group conversation. Please RSVP using this calendar so we can manage the size.
