I've had to ban a few porn peeps, but its definitely less of a problem for TechHui. We are a largely local (and therefor smaller) group. That being said, I think people tend to post with more aloha when they have their picture attached to each post :-)
I was thinking about ways to encourage people without actually booting them. One idea I came up with is changing the default picture to:
Perhaps you could add Hawaiian Airlines ads to your site using their affliate program.
