Design, develop, and maintain a decision support system that provides real time situational awareness of logistics activities throughout the Pacific. Work with team members in an Agile software development environment to elicit requirements from stakeholders, develop solutions in Java, and test deliverables. Work with subject matter experts to identify data sources and integrate data from these sources into the application. Develop rich, Web user interfaces using JavaScript and AJAX. Participate in design discussions and apply industry accepted design patterns. Develop system documentation and standard operating procedures for managing and maintaining the system. This position is located in Honolulu, HI.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and AJAX
-1+ years of experience with developing Web applications with Java
-Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Web Flow, MyBatis, Rich Faces, or Google Mapping Services
-Experience with the Eclipse IDE
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in CS or IT
-CompTIA Security+ Certification within 30 days of hire
