Anyone want to trade a conference room for free training in Xamarin.iOS?

I'm polishing up some talks for Xamarin's (www.xamarin.com) big mainland conference coming in April. I've convinced Xamarin to let me offer some free run throughs of the training (you'll have to bear with the occasional incomplete / missing slide, me getting lost every once in awhile, etc.).

First: Anyone interested in learning how to use C# to program for iOS (iPhone / iPad)?

Second: I live on the Big Island, and I think I know every .NET developer here, so that's no good. Does anyone have (or know of) a cheap place on Oahu where I might be able to do it? (Since we're not charging, we obviously want to avoid getting nuked by hotels / conference centers charging "seminar in Hawaii!" prices.)

For Oahu get ahold of the guys at either of the coworking spaces - The Box Jelly or HQ HNL - I'm sure they would host you. Make a deal to charge per person and split it. Let me know if you need a warm introduction.

Please make sure to post this on the event calendar so we can feature it. Xamarin's offerings look very interesting. I really like the idea of programming iOS and Android in C#.

I've only started playing with Xamarin but already considering going to the conference in April.  I'd definitely be interested in hearing your talk.  In addition to the coworking spaces you also might be able to swing a free conference room from the Manoa Innovation Center.  Dan, thoughts? ;)

I'd appreciate an introduction to those guys. I know virtually no one on Oahu.

Hi Larry, I sent an email request to Yuka Nagashima, Executive Director of HTDC which runs the Manoa Innovation Center, to inquire about using their conference rooms so that might be a possibility.  I cc'ed you on the email.

@Bruce - Sorry for the slow response. We are no longer at MIC (we moved to the Kapiolani Business Plaza), so I don't have access to their conference rooms. That being said, a current MIC company may be interested or Yuka could decide to make it a HTDC event.
