Congrats on passing the 300 member mark, and tip of the hat to you, Dan. From my chilly vantage point in Hokkaido, I see that you've managed to create a terrific feed-back loop that is becoming a driving force for the IT community in Hawaii, while being driven by the IT community itself. And being a displaced kama'aina, it is quite nice to see that you've got a vibrant mix of local and non-local members. Just goes to show, Hawaii is indeed a special place.<br />
