Thanks for your comments. I lived in NYC for about 14 years, all over the city and other boroughs.. I even spent some time living upstate NY next to a snowboarding resort, which was a lot of fun :-) Main reason for living is because NYC too congested and not much surf :( Now really enjoying Hawaii :-)

Stephen McMahon said… - Wow! Just now getting around to catching up on TechHui this week. I had 2 days in a row of getting up at around 2:30 AM and working until 3 or 4 PM. I always have to get up at 2:45 on Wednesdays to be on a regularly scheduled phone call, but I'm reaching the point where it has terrible mental and physical effects on me when I do that two days in a row. This is part of my personal paradise tax I guess :). Nobody in Houston, TX, where it is 100 degrees today and flat/featureless every day is going to listen to a guy complain about anything if he lives in Hawaii!
I went and took a look at your blog and was impressed by the profound lack of anything negative. I've been in a cynical, grouchy, negative mood for the past couple of days and have been attracting more of the same -- thanks for the much needed positivity :)
