Help Establish Free WiFi at HNL
Dan Leuck, Brent Norris, and Andrew Fowers and I were on a panel discussion today at the Zero Emissions Congress, talking about how digital technology can reduce emissions - and numerous other related topics.
One of the topics concerned the limited availability of wifi and I agreed to start a motion here on Tech Hui.
I would like to collect 10 to 100 Reasons Why HNL Should Offer Free Wifi and I am counting on the Tech Huians to help me crowd…

I feel like I've seen you folks all over the place, and hope that you're doing well. We'd love to get back to see some family and friends this year. Probably wouldn't be towards the Fall though. Would love to grab lunch then or something though.

Thanks for the comment. I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the music. We've been having a great time putting it together and playing shows.
You know I was actually thinking about you folks the other day and thought I should tell you about what I'm doing. I don't know as though you'd have any application for it directly, but the thought did cross my mind and I usually try and act on those things.
I'm doing business development with a very interesting tech company out of Utah. The implications of this technology are great, green, and far reaching. With energy costs being what they are back in Hawai'i, I'd love to see if there might be some application there. Like I say, I don't know as though this is really your folks' area of expertise, but as a lover of new technologies, and green technology at that, it might make for an interesting conversation.
