Doesn't lolo mean crazy?

Lolo means brain. Lōlō means crazy. That is why its important to dot your ʻokinas and cross your kahakōs :-) If we miss one our friends at UH are quick to correct us. English speakers aren't used to worrying about how long a vowel is held. I screw this up in Japanese all the time. For example, oji is uncle but ojī (ojii) is grandfather.
