Hey Mike,
I was looking at that post you put up for an entry level MS Access, VBA, SQL developer. I don't know if you're still looking but if you are then I'd be interested.
I graduated from Heald College in Jan 08. I've got MS Access 2003 certification, light experience with VBA and moderate experience in SQL (2000 and 2003).
Thanks for getting back to me. The company I represent has developed some very interesting search technology www.perfectsearchcorp.com and having just completed our Sharepoint connector, I'm very much interested in talking with some Sharepoint folks to find out what the pain points are and better understand how to build out our Sharepoint search solution.
I understand that free text search, cost effective scalability, indexing, and search within a search are all pain points, but I'm trying to get a better feel for what types of problems are inherent to Sharepoint vs. configuration type issues.
Any information you can provide to that end would be greatly appreciated.
