Bully, glad to meet you! I note you are CIO for Hawaii Public Charter Schools - we should totally get together to chat. I am Director of Technology for the UHM College of Education, and I am very interested in promoting F/OSS environments to schools. (and similarly frustrated by the factors that make adoption at UHM difficult). I have recently become interested in pushing F/OSS as a sustainability issue.
