Twillo & Open VBX: A newbie question

I'm new to this VoIP stuff but installed it and had it up and running in minutes on my server. Very cool, works well for all mainland numbers.

However, I can't get 808 numbers. Pardon my naivety, but are there local providers who I can acquire 808 numbers and use in this type of system?
