There are too many products out there. It can be hard to decide what to take... I found it to be the most effective to educate myself and see how my body reacts to certain supplements. We are all very different and what works for me, will not necessarily meet your needs. If you found the recovery being better using another product you might want to switch back and return the purchase… yes, many supplement stores would take it back or at least exchange :)

Eating whole foods, taking a multivitamin, EFAs and greens if you're not getting your 7-10 are a good idea. I'm also a believer in Glutamine (for the recovery)… it does help relieve post-workout soreness for me.

I’m not familiar with this particular brand (Kre-Alkalyn), but for creatine, I've tried it (years ago) and I did make pretty noticeable *strength gains*. The thing to watch out for now is the type of creatine you use. Creatine Monohydrate will give you water weight as well as muscle gains, but who wants water weight? Try one of the new forms of creatine ethyl-ester - you'll get the strength gains, but without the water.

Kre-Alkalyn...I've been cycling now for about 1.5 months. Any one else using this supplement. Basically is a replacement for creatine. Funny thought because I felt less sore on regular GNC generic creatine. Any comments on this product? Open to try other supplements. Basically would like to recover alot faster then I am now.

no not loosing "weight"... loosing fat and gaining muscle
You will even end up gaining weight (muscle is heavier than fat), but look more "cut"

Welcome back! ;)

nerdy work-outs are the BEST coz we analyze every move! It’s not a mindless iron pumping ... :-)

Welcome to the gorup Mario!

Ok we have no one (except me) in the TechHui Workout Partner Database... hmmm... common do not fear, sign up! ;-)

How about we all go for a hike in August? or do something else (active and fun) together?

Down the road we could even create our own TechHui Team competing in something... maybe kayaking ;-)
