Many, many years ago I wrote a book on structured programming techniques, back when it was a fairly new concept. I used the design of software to control a "star ship" as the basic example. You can see from the cover which star ship I had in mind. Amazingly, copies of my book are occasionally available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
