Hi John,

By default I don't think Wordpress does any caching but you can try looking to see if they have any plugins installed like WP-SuperCache. If they do, those plug-ins should have a setting to clear the cache or turn off caching completely.

Hi Gus,
well it took deleting the cache folder. The issue was a site I write tutorials for starting using a new theme, but it would not load the new theme, even after the old was deleted from the themes directory. after trying about everything else, I had me disable all the plugins, and then to delete the cache folder and the new theme loaded like magic`-`

I think that he had some caching plugin, he said it is needed for the heavy traffic. I usually don't worry about sites that get over 10,000 visits a month, so helping out is tricky, since I really have no idea what I am doing`-` But this is how we learn, right?

I asked here hoping that somebody could help`-`
Guess what I found out that I might have a flex Builder license to give away next month along with the software`-`

Have fun, and thanks,
Johnny`-`
