Sr. Java Developer with JUNG experience needed

The job description is as follows:
An employer that provides advanced technology solutions to large commercial, government and military customers is looking for a Java programmer to support the development of various software applications within their Systems and Advanced Technology Solutions business areas.
Requirements:
o. SOLID experience coding Java JUNG (Absolutely Required)
o. Have or be able to obtain security clearance (Required)
o. BSCS/EE or related degree (Required)
o. Scrum/Agile experience a major plus
