Superb Internet Corporation is currently looking to fill the role of billing coordinator at our downtown Honolulu office. Our ideal candidate is web savvy and have strong customer service skills with some experience in accounting. This is a full time position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), sec. 125, sec. 132).
In the position of billing coordinator, you will be responsible for helping to run the day to day accounts receivable operations of the company, including:
- Invoicing clients
- Screening and approving new orders
- Performing account modifications
- Processing payments
- Assisting clients via telephone, support ticket, and email
In order to meet the needs and requirements of both our clients and our business, you will be working together with our technical support, sales, and customer service departments frequently, so we are looking to find a highly motivated person who thrives in a fast-paced, yet friendly and relaxed environment.
While this is not a technical position, due to the nature our company a reasonable level of technical literacy is a must, and knowledge of webhosting in general would be an asset. As the vast majority of your time will be spent using a computer, good touch typing skills are also required. You must possess great customer service skills and be very detail oriented.

We are also looking for a candidate who is willing to start work early in the morning (3:00 am) due to our large customer base on the mainland.
