Desktop Application Developer Needed
I'm not really sure what kind of programmer I'm looking for but here's the job details.
I'm looking for someone that will be able to write software and make a desktop application for a company that has created surveillance hardware. The software needs to be able to easily switch between hundreds of cameras with live feed and playback functionality. There are gunshot detectors on the units so the software will need to be able to playback clips of audio before police departments can deploy officers and emergency vehicles. Control cameras with joysticks and tons of other stuff.
Surveillance software is already out there and is mostly .NET, however, none of it brings gunshot detection into the mix.

If you have the video feeds in a suitable back-end, writing a front-end would be pretty trivial.
