CQS Transformation Analyst (Clinical Analyst) Needed

Job Purpose/Objective:

Maintains satisfied client relationships, knowledgeable in all aspects of quality and reporting based on Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)/Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI)/Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC)/Population Health Management (PHM), and provides clinical support internally and externally.



Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

· Provides group and individual training sessions as well as ongoing application support

· Understands measurement requirements based on CMS guidelines and rules

· Fully understands product line and can explain product features/benefits to clients, understands clients’ business operations and needs, understands and responds to the competition and applies market knowledge

· Educates clients on Clinical Quality Solutions (CQS)/PHM, Patient Centered Medical Home programs, eligibility requirements, assists with PQRI measure selection

· Provides internal clinical support for CQS and channel development

· Knowledge of Electronic Health Records system

· Builds client confidence, committed to increasing client satisfaction, assumes responsibility for solving problems, ensures commitments are met, solicits opinions and ideas responds to internal and external clients



Requirements:

· 3 years experience in a clinical setting as an RN or a related degree

· 2 years experience in medical sales

· Ability to think creatively and be innovative

· Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changes

· Ability to establish and build strong rapport with internal/external team

· Highly organized yet flexible

· Attention to detail

· Strong commitment to quality and integrity

· Strong customer services skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to create summary and status reports
